Rules

Quiet accommodation within a residential area where we offer and promote tranquility and well-being.

To achieve this, the following is not allowed:

  • Use of speakers or TV music between the time frame (21:00 - 11:00). Outside of this time frame, the volume must be very low.
  • Access to the apartment is not allowed for individuals not registered during check-in.
  • Celebration of events or parties is not allowed in any of our apartments.

Any violation mentioned above will result in immediate eviction."
